ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “แซนวิชเกาหลี 20 บาท” ขอแชร์ตรง ๆ จากมุมคนขายนะคะว่า “มีโอกาสเจอ” แต่ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นโปรเฉพาะช่วง/เฉพาะไส้/จำนวนจำกัด หรือเป็นขนาดมินิที่ทำให้ต้นทุนคุมได้ค่ะ ส่วนร้านเราเน้นให้ชิ้นอิ่มและวัตถุดิบแน่น ๆ เลยตั้งราคาเริ่มต้นที่ 25 บาท แล้วค่อยมีตัวเลือกเพิ่มตามไส้ค่ะ แซนวิชเกาหลีของเราจะเป็นแนวขนมปังนุ่ม ๆ ใส่ไส้สไตล์เกาหลีที่คนชอบกินตอนเช้า เช่น ไข่ ผักกาดหอม อะโวคาโด (แล้วแต่รอบที่เตรียม) บางวันมีเนื้อสัตว์เพิ่มด้วย จุดที่ลูกค้าชอบคือเราหั่นและแพ็กเป็นกล่องใส หยิบง่าย เห็นไส้ชัด ๆ เหมาะกับคนรีบไปทำงาน/ไปส่งลูกไปโรงเรียนค่ะ ที่กล่องเราจะติดฉลาก “Sandwich แซนวิช” พร้อมช่องทางติดต่อไว้ เผื่อใครอยากสั่งล่วงหน้า ถ้าถามว่า “ทำไมบางร้านขายได้ 20 บาท” อันนี้เดาแบบคนอยู่หน้างานนะคะ ปกติเขาจะเลือกใช้ไส้พื้นฐาน (เช่น ไข่+ผัก), ขนาดเล็กลง, ทำจำนวนมากเพื่อลดต้นทุนต่อชิ้น หรือขายแบบหน้าร้านช่วงเวลาสั้น ๆ เพื่อให้ของหมุนเร็ว ไม่ต้องสต็อกนานค่ะ เวลาเราเลือกซื้อ แนะนำให้ดู 3 อย่างนี้เลย: 1) ขนาดจริงเทียบมือ 2) ความสดของผัก/ไข่ 3) วันที่ทำและการแช่เย็นระหว่างขาย เพราะเมนูแนวนี้ถ้าโดนร้อนนาน ๆ รสชาติจะดรอปเร็วมาก อีกอย่างที่ลูกค้าถามบ่อยคือ “ต่างจากแซนวิชโบราณ/แซนวิชเนยสดยังไง” ส่วนตัวเราว่าแซนวิชเกาหลีจะฟีลเบา ๆ กินง่าย เน้นความนุ่มและความสดของผัก เหมาะกับคนคุมแคลหรือไม่อยากกินหวาน ส่วนแซนวิชโบราณจะได้ความคลาสสิก หอม ๆ แน่น ๆ และแซนวิชเนยสดจะเด่นเรื่องความหอมมันค่ะ ใครอยากได้มื้อที่สดชื่นขึ้น เราก็มีสลัดผักกับสลัดผลไม้ด้วย (ในสลัดผักบางกล่องจะมีทูน่า ข้าวโพด ไข่ อะโวคาโด ส่วนสลัดผลไม้ก็จะมีผลไม้หลายสีให้เคี้ยวเพลิน ๆ) ถ้าจะตามหา “แซนวิชเกาหลี 20 บาท” ให้เจอง่ายขึ้น ลองทักถามร้านก่อนว่าเป็นโปรช่วงไหน หรือมีขั้นต่ำกี่ชิ้น บางร้านทำราคานี้เฉพาะรับไปขายต่อ/สั่งจำนวนเยอะค่ะ แต่ถ้าอยากได้ชิ้นที่อิ่มและเห็นไส้แน่น ๆ แนะนำให้เผื่อใจงบ 25–35 บาท จะมีตัวเลือกมากกว่าและคุมคุณภาพง่ายกว่าค่ะ
