I recently picked up some ELF makeup products at Walmart, including the Sheer For It Blush Tint and the Set It Bright Correcting & Brightening Setting Powder. Having tried various cosmetics, I find that ELF offers a great balance of quality and affordability, which makes experimenting with makeup more accessible and less intimidating.
