同じ「163cm70kgくらいで夏服がしんどい…」って時期、私が意識してるのは“涼しいのに体型カバーできる組み合わせ”です。しまむらはXL〜LLが見つかることも多く、流行り（重ね着風やチュール、レース）も挑戦しやすいのがありがたい。 まず「でぶ 服装 夏」で悩む時に大事なのは、ピタッとした素材を避けて“肌に張りつかない”服を選ぶこと。たとえば刺繍レースやシースルーのタンクは、1枚だと勇気がいるけど、上にレースシャツやシアーシャツを羽織ると二の腕を隠しつつ見た目は軽くなります。二の腕を出す日があっても、羽織りをバッグに入れておけば安心でした。 「しまむら 大きいサイズ コーデ 夏」で探してる人におすすめなのが、990円くらいのトップス×ティアードベストみたいな“重ね着風”の作り方。お腹まわりが気になる日は、チュール切り替えやティアードの立体感が目くらましになって、正面のラインが拾われにくいです。逆に避けたいのは、薄手でテロっとしたTシャツ1枚をインする着方。ウエスト位置が強調されやすいので、前だけちょいイン or 完全アウトで縦ラインを作る方が落ち着きました。 「旅行 ファッション 夏」なら、シワになりにくいトップス＋楽なデニムが結局いちばん。バレルレッグ系のデニムは、太もも〜ヒップが張る体型でも脚のラインを拾いにくく、歩き回る日でもラクでした。小花柄Tは、柄があるだけで視線が散るので、写真を撮る旅行でも“体型が目立ちにくい”と感じます。 最後に小物。2WAYバッグは、旅行だと手持ち・肩掛けを切り替えられて本当に便利。キャップやアクセを足すと甘めトップスでも大人カジュアルに寄せられるので、レースや小花柄が苦手な人ほど小物でバランスを取るのがやりやすいです。 気になるアイテムは、しまむらアプリで品番検索→近隣在庫まで見るのが時短。売り切れでも近い店舗に残ってることがあるので、私はまず品番で当たりをつけてから“しまパト”しています。
