Hey everyone! So glad you're here to get to know me a little better. You might have seen my initial 'newbie' post, and I wanted to dive a bit deeper into who I am and what I'm hoping to share with this amazing community on Lemon8. I'm Brittany, 27 years old, and honestly, life has been a whirlwind lately! Just seven months ago, I stepped into my 'wife era' (yes, it's a thing, and it's wonderful!). My husband, Eric, and I had the most beautiful wedding – I still dream about being in my white wedding dress, surrounded by flowers. It's been such a joyous journey learning and growing together. Right after that, we made a huge leap: moving from our cozy small town to a bustling big city. Talk about an adjustment! Everything feels new, exciting, and sometimes a little overwhelming, but I'm embracing every moment. This whole content creation thing is completely new to me, but I'm so excited to document my experiences and connect with you all. I've always loved capturing moments, and now I get to share them! So, what can you expect from my corner of Lemon8? First off, I'm a huge foodie, and lucky for me, my husband Eric is an incredible chef! You'll definitely see us exploring new restaurants and recreating some amazing dishes at home. I'm talking everything from gourmet French toast and hearty pasta to spicy tacos, comforting pho, perfectly cooked steak, and fluffy waffles. Food is definitely our love language! Then there's fashion. I'm still developing my personal style, but I'm always on the hunt for unique pieces, especially thrifty picks. You might see me rocking a brown leather jacket and light-wash jeans in a mirror selfie, experimenting with different looks. I love finding ways to express myself through what I wear, and I'll be sharing my fashion finds and styling tips as I discover them. And for those who are curious, yes, I'm a 'Jesus girly'! My faith is a really important part of my life, and while I won't be preachy, it definitely influences my perspective and choices. You'll see glimpses of that joy and peace in my posts. I'm also passionate about finding beauty in everyday life, whether it's through makeup, skincare, or just appreciating the little things. So expect some beauty finds as well!
