การทำรีแคปประจำปีแบบนี้ทำให้ผมได้ย้อนกลับมามองเห็นพัฒนาการและเรื่องราวดีๆ ที่เคยผ่านมาตลอดปี 2025 ซึ่งนอกจากจะเก็บภาพความทรงจำในแต่ละเดือนแล้ว ผมยังได้รวบรวมกิจกรรมและความรู้สึกต่างๆ มาแบ่งปันให้เพื่อนๆ เพื่อเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการสร้างสรรค์สมุดภาพของตัวเอง ซึ่งส่วนตัวพบว่า การใส่รายละเอียดต่างๆ เช่น ปฏิทินที่บันทึกเหตุการณ์สำคัญ กิจกรรมที่ชื่นชอบ หรือแม้แต่การตกแต่งด้วยสติกเกอร์และข้อความที่แสดงความรู้สึก ช่วยเพิ่มคุณค่าให้กับสมุดภาพรีแคปมากขึ้น ทำให้เวลาย้อนกลับมาดูจะรู้สึกอบอุ่นและมีความหมายมากขึ้นไปอีก นอกจากนี้ อย่าลืมดูแลตัวเองและคนรอบข้างด้วยสุขภาพที่ดี และแม้แต่ความสุขใจในเรื่องเล็กๆ น้อยๆ อย่างการกินอาหารอร่อย หรือการได้ทำในสิ่งที่รัก ก็เป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่จะช่วยเติมเต็มชีวิตให้สมบูรณ์แบบขึ้นในทุกๆ ปี
