I went for their iconic 'everything bagel' – you know, the one generously crusted with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes, and onion – and it was perfectly chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of crispness on the outside. This isn't just any bagel; it's the foundation of a truly epic bagel sandwich. What makes it truly special, though, is the filling. They layer on a wonderfully generous schmear of creamy, cool cream cheese, acting as the perfect counterpoint to the other flavors. Then comes the star: the smoked salmon, or 'lox.' It was incredibly fresh, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth tender, with that perfect hint of saltiness that pairs so well with the bagel. It wasn't just a tiny sliver; it was a substantial amount, piled high, truly showcasing the layers of ingredients.
