Trust the process
We often seek motivation in other things or people, and that's precisely where we go wrong... We have the potential and the mind to unleash our greatest strength... We crave everyone's approval, but we don't choose our own... We must value ourselves and learn to choose our own fair and secure approval... because what we think also matters and has value.
In my personal journey towards self-growth, one of the most transformative lessons has been learning to trust the process of change and growth itself. It's so easy to look outward for motivation—whether from friends, mentors, or societal expectations—but true empowerment comes from turning that focus inward. When I began valuing my own mindset and self-approval over external praise, I noticed a profound shift in my confidence and clarity. This shift enabled me to tap into a calm inner strength that wasn't shaken by others' opinions or fluctuating circumstances. One practical way I cultivated this was by regularly reminding myself to find the power within, as highlighted in the empowering phrase "YOU ARE Inner calm." This helped me anchor my thoughts on self-belief rather than approval from outside sources. Embracing this mindset helped me to see that what I think of myself truly matters and holds value, often more than what others think. It took patience to accept that growth is not always linear and that trusting the process means embracing uncertainty and setbacks as part of the journey. But through each challenge, focusing on self-approval were like building blocks, contributing to a more secure and grounded sense of self. For anyone struggling with self-doubt or constantly seeking external validation, I encourage trying this shift in mindset—value your own thoughts and gently remind yourself that your inner calm and strength are already within reach.
