Garbatella Cucina Italiana in Otay Ranch is the first U.S. restaurant from a team with with deep roots in Rome. Their concept is inspired by the Roman neighborhood Garbatella which means “humble beauty”. It’s known for its character and community, which is exactly what this place is about. They’ve even imported an Italian wood-fire oven and have private wine lockers🍷

The menu has hand-stretched pizzas, freshly made pastas, and a lively atmosphere to tie it all together.

They also have pastries and espresso earlier in the mornings if you want to swing by ☕️🥐
