- 2 cups maseca
-1 tsp of salt
-2 cups warm water
- kneed dough for 5-10 min
- let rest for 15min with a damp
towel over it
-grab a ball of masa and flatten it with your palms
- place on pan with medium heat,
- press down with a towel till it starts to semi inflate
- take off pan when golden
-cut open with a knife
- hollow it out
- stuff with pinto beans
- add queso fresco or queso chihuahua
- place back on pan
- 1 min on each side to make sure everything melts together
and done!
