10 weeks

Little one has been making me extra tired these days. I’ve mostly have had aversions to meat these days. Although I snuck in a turkey sandwich yesterday and it was quite tasty.

Dinners tend to be the hardest to stomach during typical dinner hours. But best believe I can have a snack around 9:30/10 at night.

I head back to work on my classroom this week and hopefully get to tell my co workers soon. Most of my good friends know by now so it’s just waiting until I want to officially announce on social media. Maybe I can get some photos taken with our wedding photographer. 😊

It’s common to crave snacks later in the evening, as typical meal times may be tough on the stomach. Incorporating small, healthy snacks can be beneficial; think fruits, nuts, or yogurt, which are less likely to induce nausea. As you navigate through the early weeks, don’t hesitate to share your journey with friends and family. Building a support network can provide emotional comfort. You might even consider documenting this phase with photos or a journal. As your body undergoes changes, it can be enriching to capture these milestones, whether through social media or private memories. Consulting with healthcare professionals about nutritional needs can help ensure both you and the baby are getting the essential nutrients required at this stage.
