Emotional freedom unlocked
One of the greatest myths we've been sold is that being in a relationship automatically means you're happy.
The truth is, some of the loneliest people are in relationships where they don't feel seen, heard, valued, or emotionally safe.
This isn't about glorifying singleness or criticizing marriage. It's about reminding people that peace, respect, and emotional connection matter.
Being single may feel lonely at times, but being emotionally neglected by someone who claims to love you can leave even deeper wounds.
What do you think?
👇 Which is harder: Being single or feeling alone in a relationship?
Let's have a respectful conversation.

Definitely feeling alone in this relationship. Finding out that the so-called dream of being in a relationship and building it slowly was all a lie is worse than breaking up with that person. It’s even worse when they say out loud that y’all are better off as friends than lovers, even though they were the one who came back and practically pleaded their case that they were serious this time and ready to build something real. Crying silently beside them, knowing they won’t even give you the smallest bit of intimacy… your self-esteem drops. Trust? Gone. Everything you dreamed of having with that person is destroyed. The icing on the cake is that they didn’t just build this dream with you—they built it with your child too. The guilt of even bringing your child into the situation skyrockets. 🥺
