First of all, I wake up at 6 o'clock on paid leave and start preparing at 7 o'clock
While taking a break, shower cap so that hair does not enter, disinfect 🖐️ hands
For 6 hours, the amount of cookies at a time was 8, so I turned the oven 4 times 💦 Honestly, I was irritated 💢 it didn't progress,
I want to take care of myself and make cookies that make everyone happy ❣️
32 pieces are distorted, but now that I finished making it and handed it to everyone at the company, everyone said "It's delicious," and I'm happy ☺️ this ❤️
The last photo was a prototype two weeks ago, and it was good to have my parents and brother say it was delicious ✨✨
Molding and chocolate pen are difficult, and even if you mold the dough three-dimensionally, it melts with the heat of the oven and becomes flat 💦
I will make it again for my company friends who are absent today ☺️❤️
バレンタインのくまクッキー作りで、特にこだわったのはチョコペンで描く顔の表情です。生地の成形は立体的にしてもオーブンの熱で形が崩れやすいため、焼き時間や温度を何度も調整しました。クッキーのザクザク食感を目指してオートミールの量を加減し、材料選びも丁寧に行った結果、優しい風味と食感に仕上がりました。 また、衛生面にも気を配り、作業中はシャワーキャップや手の消毒を徹底。これにより安心してみんなに配ることができました。当日は複数回に分けて焼き上げ、合計32個のくまクッキーを完成。個包装のデザインにも工夫し、バレンタインの飾りつけで気分が上がるように仕上げています。 試作は2週間前から始め、家族や友人に試食してもらい意見を取り入れました。特に、無印良品のくまクッキーとは食感や味の違いを楽しみつつ、自分らしい味を追求したことが好評でした。これからも毎年改良を重ねて、もっと愛されるバレンタインギフトを作っていきたいです。
