ถ้าใครกำลังสนใจเทรดทองคำ/Forex แต่ยังไม่มั่นใจ เราว่าเริ่มจาก “เกมเทรดหุ้น” หรือพอร์ตจำลอง (Paper Trade / Demo) ช่วยได้มาก เพราะมันทำให้เราได้ฝึกแบบไม่ต้องเสี่ยงเงินจริงก่อน โดยเฉพาะคนที่ยังเผลอ “เดาทิศทาง” มากกว่าวางแผน สิ่งที่เราได้จากการลองเล่นพอร์ตจำลองคือ ได้เห็นเลยว่า “ได้เงินไว เสียเงินไว” มันจริงแค่ไหน เวลาเจอกราฟวิ่งแรงๆ เราจะเริ่มมือไว อยากเข้าออเดอร์ถี่ พอถี่มากก็พลาดง่าย สุดท้ายกำไรเล็กน้อยก็โดนไม้เดียวลากจนพอร์ตติดลบได้เหมือนกัน (ในรูปที่หลายคนชอบแชร์กัน เช่น ขาดทุน -7.79 USD ก็เกิดจากการไม่คุมความเสี่ยงล้วนๆ) วิธีที่เราใช้ฝึกในเกมเทรดหุ้นให้ใกล้เคียงของจริงที่สุด 1) ตั้งกติกาให้เหมือนเทรดเงินจริง: กำหนดเงินทุนจำลองเท่าที่เราจะใช้จริง และจำกัดความเสี่ยงต่อไม้ เช่น ไม่เกิน 1–2% ของพอร์ต เพื่อฝึก “อยู่รอด” ก่อนรวย 2) ฝึกอ่านแนวรับ-แนวต้าน + แนวโน้ม: ก่อนเข้าไม้ให้ตอบตัวเองได้ว่า ตอนนี้เป็นขาขึ้น/ขาลง/ไซด์เวย์ และเราจะเข้าที่โซนไหน ไม่ใช่ไล่ราคาตอนกราฟพุ่ง 3) ซ้อมการ “รอ”: อันนี้สำคัญสุดสำหรับเราเลย เกมเทรดหุ้นทำให้รู้ว่า ถ้าหมกมุ่นกับกราฟทั้งวัน จะมือไวและเสียเปรียบตลาด เราเลยฝึกเลือกแค่ 1–2 จังหวะที่มั่นใจต่อวันก็พอ 4) ตั้งจุดยอมแพ้ (Stop loss) ทุกครั้ง: ต่อให้เป็นพอร์ตจำลองก็ต้องตั้ง เพราะนิสัยนี้จะติดไปตอนเทรดเงินจริง ช่วยกันพอร์ตติดลบหนักๆ 5) ทำบันทึกการเทรด: หลังจบวันให้จดว่าเข้าเพราะอะไร ออกเพราะอะไร พลาดเพราะความโลภ/กลัว/รีบไหม อันนี้ทำให้พัฒนาเร็วกว่าเล่นไปเรื่อยๆ อีกอย่างที่หลายคนมองข้ามคือ “ข่าว” ที่กระทบทองคำ เช่น ตัวเลขเศรษฐกิจสหรัฐฯ หรือถ้อยแถลงธนาคารกลาง พอเราเล่นพอร์ตจำลอง เราจะเห็นเลยว่าบางช่วงกราฟสวิงแรงผิดปกติ ถ้าไม่รู้ว่ามีข่าวก็อาจโดนลากง่าย สุดท้าย ถ้าคิดจะทำเป็นอาชีพเสริม เรามองว่าเริ่มจากเกมเทรดหุ้นให้ชนะสม่ำเสมอเป็นเดือนๆ ก่อน แล้วค่อยขยับไปเงินจริงทีละน้อย จะเซฟเงินและเซฟใจมากกว่า เป้าหมายแรกไม่ใช่รวยเร็ว แต่คือ “ไม่พัง” และคุมความเสี่ยงให้ได้ค่ะ
