สำหรับนิสัยของเด็ก Gen Z ที่กล้าพูดตรงและกล้าทำ อาจจะดูเหมือนว่าเป็นความขัดแย้งกับความสงบหรือการอยู่ร่วมกันแบบค่อยเป็นค่อยไป แต่จริงๆ แล้วนิสัยแบบนี้ส่งผลอย่างไรต่อพัฒนาการของเด็กโดยเฉพาะหากน้อง ๆ เป็น introvert ที่ไม่ชอบแสดงออกมากนัก? ตามประสบการณ์ที่เคยเจอ พบว่าเด็ก introvert ที่มีนิสัยตรงไปตรงมา อาจรู้สึกว่าการพูดออกไปตรง ๆ เป็นเรื่องยากเพราะต้องใช้ความกล้าและการเปิดใจสูง แต่เมื่อลองทำแล้วจะพบว่าการสื่อสารแบบเปิดเผยช่วยให้พวกเขารู้สึกสบายใจและลดความกดดันภายในจิตใจได้มากขึ้น อีกทั้งนิสัยตรงไปตรงมาของเด็ก Gen Z ยังช่วยให้เกิดการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ตรงจุดโดยไม่ต้องปิดบังหรือระแวง ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ชัดเจนและโปร่งใส แต่ก็ต้องระวังไม่ให้กลายเป็นความรุนแรงทางคำพูดที่อาจทำร้ายจิตใจคนอื่นได้ จากประสบการณ์จริงเมื่อเจอกับหัวหน้าหรือเพื่อนร่วมงานที่นิสัยไม่ดี การกล้าแสดงออกเป็นเรื่องจำเป็น เพราะถ้าไม่พูดออกไปก็ไม่มีทางแก้ไข จะกลายเป็นปัญหาที่สะสมและส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำงานและสุขภาพจิตของตัวเอง สุดท้าย อยากแนะนำว่าเมื่อเป็นเด็ก introvert ที่มีนิสัยตรงไปตรงมาหรือแม้จะไม่ใช่ ควรฝึกฝนการสื่อสารอย่างมีทักษะและความละเอียดอ่อน เพื่อให้คำพูดของเราสร้างประโยชน์มากกว่าความขัดแย้ง และเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาตัวเองและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างราบรื่นขึ้นค่ะ
