☀️ current read: how thinking is the root cause of our suffering

i’ve been realizing how often my mind tries to protect me by overanalyzing everything but instead, it just makes me feel stuck.

this book is gently reminding me that peace doesn’t always come from “figuring it out.” sometimes it comes from simply being.

today, i let myself sit in the sun, breathe deeply, and not solve anything. just observe. just exist. and somehow, that felt like healing.
