Below is my way ↓ ↓
① Pre-wash thoroughly and use Ahalo Butter Shampoo, rinse thoroughly
(Pre-wash with hands like a hair salon? Rinse your scalp thoroughly with the image of floating the roots of your hair)
② If you can afford it, use Io Cream Melt Repair.
(In the meantime, wash the child)
③ When doing ②, apply Ahalo Butter Hair Treatment as it is without washing it off and leave it for a while
④ Rinse thoroughly. Make sure there is no unwashed back!
⑤ Towel dry firmly, use a dryer that does not get too hot or use it firmly away.
I'm troublesome, so I haven't done anything special. Lol

市販シャンプーって種類が多すぎて、結局「何を基準に選べばいいの？」ってなりますよね。私も昔は、1500円くらいのものを買っては「思ったより普通…」を繰り返してました。今落ち着いてるのが、1000円前後で買いやすい“アハロ モイスト＆リペア”みたいな、ドラッグストアで手に入りやすい価格帯のアイテムです。 私が「市販シャンプー」を選ぶときに見てるポイントは3つあります。①洗い上がりがきしみにくいこと（乾燥毛だとここ大事）、②ドライヤー後に広がりにくいこと、③香りが強すぎず清潔感があること。アハロは、シャンプーはさっぱり寄りなのに、トリートメント後にしっとりまとまって、朝の爆発が減ったのが体感で分かりました。ブルームサボンの香りも「清潔感のある女の人っぽい」感じで、家族ウケもよかったです。 あと、市販シャンプーで差が出やすいのが使い方。高いものに変える前に、これだけでも結構変わると思ってます。 ・予洗いは長め：1〜2分しっかり。根元を指でゆらすイメージで流すと、泡立ちが良くなってシャンプー量も減りました。 ・シャンプーは地肌メイン：髪の毛自体は泡を通す程度でOK。摩擦を減らすとまとまりやすいです。 ・トリートメントは中間〜毛先：地肌につけない（ぺたんこ防止）。時間があれば30秒〜数分置くと、手触りが安定しました。 ・すすぎはしっかり：背中や首まわりに残ると、かゆみやニオイの原因になりやすいので念入りに。 ・タオルドライ→ドライヤー：ゴシゴシせずに押さえるように水分オフ。ドライヤーは近づけすぎないのが私の鉄則です。 ボトル（ポンプ式）と詰め替えがあるタイプは、続けやすいのも地味に助かります。市販シャンプーでも、選び方と使い方をちょっと工夫するだけで「安いのに髪がきれいに見える」って実感しやすいので、まずは一度試してみてほしいです。
