Sunflower Bullet Journal Theme 🌻☀️
For the month, I wanted to do a floral theme and decided on doing a theme around sunflowers. I had done sunflower theme before in the past so I wanted to see how much has changed and how I’ve grown with my journal.
I started with the cover page by drawing multiple sunflowers and wrote the word August in the center of it. Moving onto the quote page, I drew a field of sunflowers and picked the quote, “the sun will always shine even if you don’t see it” as it was very fitting with the theme.
I kept with the sunflower theme throughout my setup. For my calendar page, I drew multiple sunflowers in the corner like it was a field and for my mood tracker, I drew a big sunflower and tracked my mood in the petals. I also chose yellow as the main color of the month, I had quite a few sunflower stickers in my collection and used that as well.

You could have a small cluster of hand-drawn sunflowers in a corner, as I did, or use them as dividers between days. Think about making the header for each day a tiny sunflower doodle. When it comes to habit trackers and mood trackers, the sunflower theme offers unique possibilities. Instead of traditional boxes, you could draw a large sunflower for your mood tracker, with each petal representing a day of the month. As you track your mood, you color in a petal; maybe bright yellow for happy, orange for energized, or even a muted tone for a relaxed day. For a habit tracker, you could have a row of small sunflowers, coloring in a petal for each completed habit. This makes tracking feel less like a chore and more like a creative engagement.
