Weekends in California 🌸✨🤍

I was so excited to see my mom! Idk about y’all, but my love for her will never fade. I really wished we lived in the same state. She would get so tired of me if we did 😂. But every time someone visits me I come up with a list of things for them us to do and visit so they aren’t bored in the house!🏡

I took her to explore Santa Monica, we went to Santa Monica pier, rode the coast and got to watch the sunset! The views are always top tier in California! 🌅 I decided to have her taste Fixins soul kitchen and she rated the overall experience at the restaurant a 8/10! 👏🏾

Friday, we had brunch at waypoint cafe and then of course did some shopping! We can’t be together too long, because we both LOVE to shop! ITS BAD. 😂 She went back with ordered shoes and a new bag!

For her 50th birthday we went out dinner! Have you all been to Mastro’s Steakhouse? The food was okay, but the experience was excellent! ⭐️Overall rating: 7/10! She loves every bit of it and was so happy because had no idea we were going to dinner, I just told her to make sure she brought some nice dresses. 👗

They brought out a butter cake celebration dessert for her 50th! 🎂

Sunday was a chill day but she did want to go to another mall so we did just that! 😂 Monday she departed ✈️ & next time I see her will be Thanksgiving!

If you live by your mom you’re so blessed 🥹

... Read moreExploring California is a breathtaking experience, especially when you share it with loved ones. Santa Monica stands out with its beach vibes, iconic pier, and vibrant shopping areas. For a trendy brunch, try Waypoint Cafe, known for its delicious dishes and cozy atmosphere. After brunch, indulging in retail therapy can be a fun bonding experience for mom and daughter. When it comes to dining, the experience at Mastro’s Steakhouse is something to highlight. Reservations are recommended, especially for special occasions like a birthday. Remember to try their signature butter cake dessert, which adds a delightful end to any meal! If you're in Los Angeles, consider visiting the Grammy Museum for a unique cultural experience. This weekend could inspire many more family visits filled with laughter, joy, shopping, and uniquely Californian experiences. Cherish these moments as they create beautiful memories and strengthen family bonds. Every trip is an opportunity to explore new places and try new things together, making each visit even more special!
