Green Goddess Salad Dressing 🥗
Homemade (Panera copycat) Green Goddess salad dressing… ok I’m obsessed!!
I used the recipe from @thefreshcooky which I found on Pinterest
If you want to level up your 2025 salads, I suggest you drop what you’re doing and go make this 😋
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup basil leaves (I used an entire 2 oz container from @wegmans)
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp pesto (store bought or homemade)
1/2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
*The juice of 1/2 lemon *I added this to the recipe, I felt I needed a splash of citrus* 🍋
**You can also add avocado to this, I was going to but completely forgot
Throw everything into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth!

This looks so delicious and you should definitely add some cilantro because it adds so much flavor, but it also helps to neutralize heavy metals and foods, especially mercury in fish!!
