For example, I personally found that using planners and visual trackers was a game changer—they provide a tangible overview of progress, which can be especially helpful when your mind feels overwhelmed with too many thoughts. An essential part of managing ADHD at work involves practicing positive self-talk and using daily affirmations such as “I am enough” or “I’m building my legacy.” These seemingly small practices gradually build confidence and help silence self-doubt, which otherwise can be incredibly loud and distracting. Journaling has been another powerful technique for me.
