Lemon8 keeps getting out of sending me my prizes
So i never received my prizes from the January challenge. I’ve heard people say it can take a few months to get their prizes that’s why i wasn’t stressed about it too much but i decided to go ahead and message them about it. They claimed that i didn’t fill out the form when i know for a fact i did because i received my gift card from that same challenge. This was the message i got after i told them i did fill out the form. On top of that there’s many challenges recently that prevents me from redeeming prizes like not counting my likes and comments. In the previous comment challenge it wouldn’t let me redeem the gift card at the end and they claimed that i didn’t have enough qualified comments but i always made sure my comments followed the rules and i did well over the amount that was required. It’s just frustrating when you work hard to win the prizes and do everything right and don’t even get them.
Don’t get me wrong i love that we get prizes for free just for posting and engaging with each other. It’s great! But if they’re promising prizes for us doing something or telling us we won prizes and to fill out the form and not sending us the gifts that’s kinda ridiculous. Have you had any bad experiences with the prizes? It’s definitely not motivating and makes me not even want to try to win things because what’s the point if they tell me i can’t get them in the end?

They’re horrible at delivering on what they promise. They build this app on contests with prizes you can “win” but don’t receive and say maybe next time!!
