1. Our life is reduced every day. We should stop regretting the past.

2. Happiness is not due to having much, but happiness is with us when.

เมื่อเราโตขึ้น ชีวิตจะนำบทเรียนให้เราเรียนรู้หลายอย่างที่สำคัญมาก หนึ่งในบทเรียนหลักคือการยอมรับว่าชีวิตมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งสร้างความรู้สึกหลากหลาย เช่น ความสุขและความเศร้า แต่เราสามารถเรียนรู้ที่จะใช้ชีวิตให้มีคุณค่ามากขึ้น โดยการฝึกปล่อยวางและไม่ยึดติดกับสิ่งที่ผ่านมา เราควรใฝ่หาความสุขจากสิ่งเล็ก ๆ รอบตัว เช่น การใช้เวลากับคนที่เรารัก หรือการทำสิ่งที่ทำให้เรารู้สึกมีชีวิตชีวา นอกจากนี้ เรายังต้องสามารถแยกแยะระหว่างความสำเร็จกับความพอใจ โดยความสำเร็จอาจไม่ใช่สิ่งเดียวที่ทำให้เราแฮปปี้ การพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ซึ่งรวมถึงการเรียนรู้ที่จะไม่อิจฉาผู้อื่น และการมองข้ามความคิดของคนอื่นที่อาจกดดันเราให้รู้สึกไม่ดี ในท้ายที่สุด สิ่งที่เราทำในวันนี้จะส่งผลต่ออนาคตของเราอย่างไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด ดังนั้นเราควรใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีความหมายและทำสิ่งที่เรารักให้เต็มที่ โดยไม่มองย้อนกลับไปในอดีตที่เราไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
