My Fav Podcasts as an RD
I love to listen to podcasts and these are my absolute favorite shows!! I am an RD with super high standards for who I trust to make nutrition/wellness content because there is so much BS out there. All of these shows are hosted by RDs, MDs, PhDs, and other humans with integrity whom I trust and recommend. Most of the shows are so helpful for unlearning diet culture and opening your eyes to the scams of the wellness industry. As a bonus they are entertaining as well - especially my #1 and #2 favs! Check them out!
