this is probably the most vulnerable post I've ever made. It's just been a really hard day. I have no reason why today in particular is so difficult, which makes it that much harder to process. I just want you guys to know I am trying, and I appreciate everyone so much more than you will ever know. tomorrow will be better. #grief #mentalhealth #community

... Read moreIt's completely normal to have days when everything feels overwhelming, even if there's no clear reason why. I've found that acknowledging the difficulty and allowing myself to be vulnerable in these moments is crucial for healing. Sometimes, simply telling others "I just wanted to take a minute" to express how I feel can be a powerful starting point for processing emotions. Connecting with supportive communities, whether online or in person, helps me realize I am not alone in my struggles with grief and mental health. Sharing my experiences and hearing from others who face similar challenges creates a sense of belonging and understanding that is deeply comforting. On tough days, focusing on small acts of self-care – like resting, journaling, or taking a mindful walk – can make a difference. While it’s easy to feel stuck in the pain, reminding myself that "tomorrow will be better" encourages hope and perseverance. Mental health is not a straight path but a journey with ups and downs, and embracing vulnerability helps me build resilience over time.

Honey, after everything you’ve been through, you are entitled to have bad days. That is being human and there is no time limit for grief. you’re entitled to feel anyway you want. I understand, but this is probably a big source of your income, but let yourself be entitled to not go live when you don’t feel like it. Please just don’t let yourself go down into the rabbit hole.
