How I knew I needed to raise my design rates?

I knew it was time to raise my prices as a freelancer when I started to become BURNT out and stressed. I was working harder and harder without seeing my revenue increase. I knew it was time to change it up. So, I increased my offerings, skills, and increased my pricing while I was at it. Here are some things to look out for to know if you are being underpaid:

→ Burnout: If you feel like you are burnt out and working hours a day at your computer and just feel like you are drained - you may have taken on more work without additional compensation which is leading to burnout!

→ No Monetary Increase: If you are working and working and working, but feel like you aren’t achieving your financial/business goals - you may want to take a step back and look at your rates!

What are signs you have seen when you know it is time to increase your rates?
