Wow, it still feels surreal to say, but *I just posted my first ever YouTube video*! It's a 'Get Ready With Me,' and I poured so much excitement and effort into it. Starting a YouTube channel has been a dream of mine for a while, and finally taking that leap feels amazing. I wanted my first video to be something relatable yet inspiring, and what better way than to share my everyday glam routine with you all? This look is one I often turn to for a confidence boost! Filming a GRWM was such a journey! From setting up the lighting just right to making sure every makeup step was clear, there was a lot to learn. My goal was to create a look that's both stunning and achievable, perfect for a night out or when you just want to feel extra special. For this look, I dove into my beloved Huda Beauty palette – you know I can't resist those rich pigments and incredible blendability! I focused on creating a soft, smoky eye with a pop of shimmer, which complements almost any outfit and is surprisingly easy to replicate. Here’s a little peek into how I achieved it: I started with a neutral matte shade in the crease to build a foundation, then deepened the outer corner with a darker brown to add dimension. The magic really happened when I applied one of Huda's metallic shades to the center of the lid with my fingertip for maximum impact – it just glows! Don't forget to blend, blend, blend – that's the secret to a seamless finish and avoiding harsh lines. I paired the eye look with a soft pink blush and a nude lip to keep the focus on the eyes, achieving a balanced and elegant overall appearance. This will make your eyeshadow last longer and prevent creasing, especially if you have oily eyelids.
