My 2024
Adding 2024 to my lemon8 diary. 2024 was good to me despite some pivotal moments.
In January we traveled to Costa Rica for our annual trip. In March my husband and I became "parents" to my younger sister. A highlight of the year was seeing ZB in concert. We celebrated 1 year of marriage in April and celebrated with our pupper with an ice cream date. Our Goosey girl turned 2. I traveled to Virginia with friends. And we celebrated a couple weddings of our good friends. Despite setting huge boundaries with family and dealing with the emotions that come with those decisions, 2024 treated us well❤️❤️.
2024 has been a transformative year for many, marked by personal growth and memorable experiences. Traveling to Costa Rica in January set a positive tone for the year, providing a welcome escape and adventure. March was particularly special as it symbolized new beginnings with the addition of my younger sister to our family. Experiencing Zach Bryan's concert was a highlight, showcasing the power of music to bring people together. April was filled with love as my husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary, creating fond memories with our pets, including a sweet ice cream date with our dog. Additionally, maintaining healthy boundaries within family dynamics in 2024 helped foster emotional well-being, demonstrating the importance of self-care. Traveling to Virginia with friends and celebrating our dear friends' weddings further enriched this year, reminding us of the value of companionship and love.
