Nursery Closet
The nursery closet is now complete 🥹
Setting up a nursery closet can be one of the most rewarding parts of preparing for a new baby. From my personal experience during the third trimester, creating a dedicated space for all baby essentials not only helps in keeping things organized but also builds a strong emotional connection to the arrival of the baby. When I started my nesting journey, I focused on integrating both functionality and comfort. It’s important to categorize outfits by size and season—newborn, 0-3 months, and so forth—to streamline dressing day-to-day. Adding labeled bins or drawers for diapers, wipes, and other baby care items saved me time and reduced stress. Another tip is to leave some space open to accommodate gifts and new purchases after the baby arrives. It’s also helpful to include a small laundry basket and a portable changing kit within the closet setup. Throughout the process, I kept reminding myself that the nursery closet isn't just about storage; it’s a nurturing space symbolizing readiness and love. Whether you’re setting up your first baby closet or reorganizing it for convenience, embracing the nesting phase is truly special and worth savoring.
