... Read moreHey Lemon8 fam! As someone who totally gets the 'work-life juggle,' I wanted to share my journey in making health a priority, even when my schedule feels impossible. We all know how easy it is to push those doctor appointments to the back burner when deadlines are looming or clients need attention. But I've learned the hard way that neglecting my well-being eventually catches up and impacts my productivity even more. For busy entrepreneurs and remote working professionals like us, time is gold. That's why I've developed a few strategies to keep my health on track without losing precious hours. First off, embrace technology! Many clinics now offer online booking systems, which are a lifesaver. I can schedule check-ups and follow-ups in minutes, often outside of traditional office hours. Don't forget about telehealth consultations either – for routine questions or minor concerns, a quick video call can save you the commute and waiting room time. I also try to bundle appointments if I can, like getting my annual physical and a quick dental cleaning on the same day if the locations are close. Another game-changer for me has been personal health monitoring. I remember hearing about the VC150 Dinamap and thinking, 'Could this really make a difference?' And it has! While it’s a professional-grade vital signs monitor, understanding its capabilities made me realize how empowering it is to keep tabs on key indicators like blood pressure and pulse at home. Knowing my baseline and being able to spot trends early means I can have more informed conversations with my doctor, sometimes even reducing the need for an immediate in-person visit. It's like having a mini health check-up station right in my home office! This proactive approach really helps in saving a fair amount of time down the line by preventing small issues from becoming big ones. For those of us working remotely, it’s also about creating a healthy environment. I always make sure my workspace is comfortable, ideally around 73°F, which helps me stay focused and less prone to aches and pains. Taking short breaks, stretching, and ensuring your ergonomics are spot-on are small habits that add up. Remember, your WorkLife balance isn't just about managing tasks; it's about managing your energy and health too. By integrating these practices, whether you're using a specific device like the VC150 Dinamap or just optimizing your scheduling, you're investing in a healthier, more productive you. It’s all about working smarter, not just harder, when it comes to our well-being.

Prior authorizations require accuracy, clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and constant back-and-forth with insurance plans, all while juggling multiple systems and deadlines. We are required to finish atleast 85% of our submission list which can range from 20-30 daily. $30/hr sounds decent
