I quit UGC

Dramatic, I know, but I was this 🤏🏾close!

Burnout is so common nowadays, because I feel like we are all trying to do multiple things to find our way through life, our happiness all while trying to keep up with each other!

It’s important that we take a step back and breathe when we can.

Don’t quit. Pause. Pivot. But keep going.✨

This is YOUR journey no one else’s.

... Read moreBurnout is a challenge many content creators face, especially in the fast-paced world of UGC (User Generated Content). From my own experience, stepping back when overwhelmed can be a game-changer. For instance, logging out for a full week without pitching projects allowed me to recharge mentally and emotionally, which helped me regain my enthusiasm. A crucial realization was to realign my purpose: UGC is something I do because I enjoy it—not as a stressful necessity or replacement for a regular 9-5. This mindset shift helped me find joy in recommending products and creating content, rather than feeling pressured to churn out work. I also simplified my creative process. Instead of sending lengthy proposals, I focused on strengthening my portfolio to speak for itself and scheduled specific days for content creation, pitching, and even home organization. This structure reduces chaos and increases productivity. Setting real boundaries played a vital role too. I stopped answering every call or message immediately and protected certain days to avoid burnout. Prioritizing energy by enforcing an early bedtime improved my focus and overall well-being significantly. Finally, reframing how I view others' UGC journeys helped. Comparing incomes or growth rates only created unnecessary pressure. Accepting that mine is a unique pace and purpose allowed me to persevere without self-judgment. If you're struggling with similar feelings, know that pausing or pivoting—not quitting—is okay. These steps helped me keep the passion alive and build a sustainable creator journey, and they can help you too.

Why Most Creators Quit Too Soon
Most people quit content creation not because they aren’t talented — but because they’re overwhelmed and guessing. You don’t need to do everything. You need a clear starting point. That’s exactly why I created The Wealthy Creator — to help beginners build with clarity instead of chaos.
