i got my FIRST TATTOO
EDIT: to all the hate comments - i am a 16 year old girl and if you don’t like my tattoo THAT IS OKAY!!! i wasn’t expecting many likes on this post and everyone seems to want to share their opinion :) i see your comments you don’t have to spread hate
here’s how it went! so basically my dad actually gave me this tattoo! he has tattooed many people over the years, and so i trusted him to do this! the spot i chose is NOT easy for a tattoo, behind the ankle is rough. my mom has a behind the ankle tatttoo and when did she it she SWEAT BLOOD. if that gives any perspective. but, my tattoo was super small so it wasn’t too bad, as it didn’t take very long. but i do love it and so happy to start building my collection!!

I know I’m late but I’m just seeing this post for some reason lol but It’s perfectly fine to have tattoos an to be Christian. Tattoos was and has been around before any of use was alive. It goes way back in ancient times, in Ancient Egypt & the Middle East,Polynesia,Ancient Greece & Rome where they tattooed each other for different reasons , then in The Americas where they used it for spiritual protection along with tattooing for medicinal purposes (often marking a painful joint to alleviate ailments) , tattoo actually comes from the Tahitian word tatau. Like in the case of (3300 BCE) where The oldest known tattooed human is Ötzi the Iceman, a mummy found in the Alps with 61 distinct tattoos made of carbon.. some people really need to do research and learn before saying something they really have no clue about. Idk who told them that but they lied. No where in the bible says you can’t tattoo your self or others. The general consensus is that getting a tattoo is a matter of Christian freedom, provided the art is not honoring an idol or promoting something against Christian teachings.. other then that your perfectly fine. Congrats on your first tattoo btw. It can definitely get addictive lol i was like ill get one, now I’m at 12 tattoos latter lmfao. I’ll post a few under this comment that’s my favorite. One lesson learned tho which I’m sure your dad knows very well since he does tattoos or from self experience never tattoo anyone you like in that way, date, nor married too lmfao, idk if it gives the relationship or whatever bad luck or ish just happens but learned thats a big no no to do lol.
