This is a shop that our friends turn to find, if anyone doesn't notice, it's invisible, it's in a big fence, but it's so cute.
What impressed us was that the manager (not sure if it was the owner or not) was very happy that we were foreigners who intended to eat at the store. He asked how many people we came, but at that time every table was full, so he found us a chair to sit in front of the store, candy, drinking water, fan, service mind, so he was very considerate that we sat and waited. But at that time the weather was very good, not hot at all. We went to mid-May, so very chill.
When ordering food, it is scanned through the Alipay app. Most of them are noodles or ramen. When they order, they do very well. There is a history of the shop. The intention of cooking. The ingredients are like we want to open in Thailand.
And the best thing is that it is affordable and gets a lot. The ramen line is like we eat a lot of soft mochi. And the line can choose the amount depending on us. 200g. / 400g. / Less than 200g. Same price or can fill the line (I heard that the doctor may have to ask again).
We ordered a hound. The meat will be like a stewed calf. Really soft. If the shop opens in Thailand, we will probably eat again often.

ถ้าพูดถึงการไปลองร้านอาหารในเซียงไฮ้ที่ย่าน Huaihai แล้ว ร้านนี้ถือว่ามีความพิเศษและเป็นเหมือนร้านลับที่หากไม่สังเกตจริงๆจะหาไม่เจอ เป็นความรู้สึกดีมากที่ได้ไปเจอร้านที่แทบจะมีแต่คนจีนมาอุดหนุน ทำให้บรรยากาศภายในร้านดูอบอุ่นและพนักงานมี Service mind สูงมาก เช่น การเตรียมเก้าอี้ น้ำดื่มและพัดลมไว้ให้ลูกค้าที่ต้องรอ ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่ค่อยเจอในร้านทั่วไปที่คนท่องเที่ยวไปเยอะ สำหรับการสั่งอาหาร ยังสะดวกเพราะร้านใช้ระบบสแกนผ่านแอป Alipay ซึ่งเป็นที่นิยมในจีน ช่วยเร่งรัดและลดการสื่อสารที่อาจลำบากจุดหนึ่งเมื่อต่างชาติไปเยือน เรื่องรสชาตินั้น ที่ร้านเน้นเส้นราเมนซึ่งมีความนุ่มคล้ายโมจิ และยังสามารถเลือกปริมาณเส้นได้ตามความต้องการ นั่นทำให้ไม่ว่าจะกินเยอะแค่ไหนก็ราคาคงที่ คุ้มค่า และที่สำคัญคือเมนูหมาล่าเนื้อที่ทำเนื้อนุ่มมาก คล้ายเนื้อน่องลายตุ๋น รสชาติเผ็ดร้อนแต่กลมกล่อม เข้ากันได้ดีกับเส้นราเมนที่เสิร์ฟมา นอกจากนี้ยังเห็นว่าที่ร้านมีการเตรียมเนื้อวัวหลากหลายส่วนให้เลือก และที่น่าสนใจคือ การใช้วัตถุดิบคุณภาพสูงที่พิถีพิถันเหมือนกับที่กล่าวถึงในประวัติร้านนั่นเอง หากใครกำลังมองหาร้านราเมนที่อร่อยและมีบรรยากาศเหมือนกับกินในร้านของคนท้องถิ่นจริงๆ ที่นี่คือคำตอบที่ไม่ควรพลาด ถ้ามีโอกาสอยากให้ไปลองเพราะประสบการณ์จะสัมผัสได้ถึงความเอาใจใส่ของร้านและรสชาติอาหารที่แท้จริง จากที่ได้ไปลองด้วยตัวเอง การเดินทางไปที่นี่แม้ต้องสังเกตนิดหน่อยแต่ก็คุ้มค่ามากกับรสชาติและการบริการ ถ้าเป็นไปได้ อยากเห็นร้านแบบนี้มีสาขาในเมืองไทยบ้าง จะได้รู้รสชาติต้นตำรับของราเมนหมาล่าที่แท้จริงโดยไม่ต้องบินไปถึงเซียงไฮ้
