ถ้าใครรู้สึกว่า “ทาครีมทาหน้าแล้วไม่ซึม/เหนอะ/ยิ่งทายิ่งเป็นเม็ด” เราเคยเป็นเหมือนกันค่ะ ช่วงก่อนหน้าคือทาเยอะแค่ไหนก็เหมือนเคลือบอยู่บนผิว พอได้ลองทำสปาหน้าแบบร้อน-เย็นที่บ้าน (ฟีลเหมือนไปสปาจริงๆ) มันช่วยให้ขั้นตอนลงสกินแคร์เป็นระบบขึ้น และผิวดูรับครีมดีขึ้นแบบสัมผัสได้ สิ่งที่เราปรับก่อนเลยคือ “เช็ดทำความสะอาดให้หมดจริงๆ” เพราะหลายครั้งหน้าแพ้ครีมไม่ได้แพ้ครีมอย่างเดียว แต่อาจแพ้จากคราบกันแดด/รองพื้นตกค้างหรือการเสียดสีตอนล้างหน้า เราจะใช้โหมดคลีนเมคอัพโดยใส่สำลีไว้ที่หัวเครื่อง หยดคลีนซิ่งวอเตอร์ให้ชุ่ม แล้วค่อยๆปาดเบามาก (ย้ำว่าเบาๆ) จะเห็นคราบออกมาเพิ่ม ทั้งที่คิดว่าล้างสะอาดแล้ว ช่วยลดโอกาสอุดตันและลดสิวผดได้ดีสำหรับเรา ต่อมาคือการลงครีมทาหน้าให้ “บางและเป็นชั้น” แทนการโบกทีเดียว เราจะลงน้ำตบ/เซรั่มก่อน แล้วค่อยใช้โหมดร้อน (พร้อมแรงสั่นเบาๆ) วนตามแนวกรอบหน้าและแก้ม ความอุ่นช่วยวอร์มเนื้อครีมและทำให้รู้สึกว่าผิวผ่อนคลายขึ้น เหมือนช่วยเตรียมผิวให้รับสกินแคร์ได้ดีขึ้น โดยเฉพาะวันที่ล้างหน้าแล้วผิวยังเย็นๆอยู่ แล้วค่อยปิดด้วยโหมดเย็น เราชอบใช้บริเวณแก้ม รูขุมขน และใต้ตาเป็นพิเศษ เพราะมันให้ฟีล “ล็อค” ผิวดีมาก ครีมจะค่อยๆแนบผิว ลดความรู้สึกมันๆเหนอะๆได้ด้วย ถ้าคืนไหนนอนดึก ใต้ตาบวมๆ โหมดเย็นช่วยให้สบายขึ้นค่ะ ส่วนใครที่กังวลหน้าแพ้ครีม (หรือกำลังลองครีมใหม่ เช่นที่หลายคนค้นหาอย่างครีมแลปสกาย) แนะนำให้ทำ 3 ข้อนี้คู่กัน: 1) ทดสอบแพ้ก่อนเสมอที่กราม/หลังหู 2) ช่วงเริ่มใช้ให้ลดจำนวนสกินแคร์ เหลือแค่ “ทำความสะอาด-มอยส์เจอร์-กันแดด” เพื่อหาตัวกระตุ้น 3) เลี่ยงการถูแรงๆ และอย่าใช้อุณหภูมิสูงเกินไป โดยเฉพาะคนผิวบอบบาง หลังใช้ครบประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ในแบบของเรา ผิวจะดูชุ่มชื้นขึ้น แต่งหน้าติดง่ายขึ้น และรู้สึกว่ารูขุมขนดูแน่นขึ้นเล็กน้อย (โดยเฉพาะวันที่ขยันทำต่อเนื่อง) ใครที่ทาครีมแล้วไม่ค่อยเห็นผล ลองปรับวิธีลง + เพิ่มขั้นตอนสปาร้อน-เย็นดูค่ะ อาจช่วยให้สกินแคร์ที่มีอยู่ทำงานได้คุ้มขึ้นจริงๆ
