「めし処 萬や 山びこ」は、名前を検索して「どんなお店？何が食べられる？混む？」が気になる人が多いと思うので、私が行ったときの体感をもう少し詳しくまとめます。 まず、お店の雰囲気は“カフェっぽいごはん屋さん”。木の天井で明るく、テーブル席が中心で、清潔感があって居心地が良かったです。私が行った時期はクリスマスの飾り付けもあって、写真を撮りたくなる感じ。静かすぎず、でも落ち着ける空気で、ひとりランチでも入りやすいと思いました。 ランチは黒板やメニュー表に「今日の昼めし」的な形で並んでいて、日替わり丼・日替わりパスタ・からあげ定食などから選べるスタイル。私が惹かれたのは、やっぱり“ここでしか食べなさそう”な豚バラとブロッコリーのクリーミーナッツ丼。実物は木製トレイに、丼（海苔がたっぷり！）＋サラダ＋小鉢＋味噌汁のランチセットでバランスが良かったです。クリーミーだけど重すぎず、ナッツのコクでごはんが進みました。「このソースどうやって作ってるんだろう？」って、食べながらずっと考えちゃう系です。 味噌汁はすだち入りで、徳島らしさがふわっと来ます。脂のある丼と相性が良くて、口の中がすっきりリセットされるのが地味にうれしいポイントでした。 混み具合は要注意。私は11:30過ぎに入れましたが、12時前にはお客さんが増えて、体感「早めが安心」です。週末や観光シーズンは特に、開店直後か少し早めの時間に行くのがおすすめ。 あと、メニューにモクテル（ノンアルコールカクテル）もあって、食後に気分転換したい人にも良さそうでした。次は別のランチ（からあげやキーマカレー系）も気になるので、またタイミングを合わせて行きたいです。
