I adore the fact that these didn’t have an overpowering scent to them at all (they smell fragrance free to me, but my nose has been wrong before). If you haven’t heard of Heartleaf before, it has great antibacterial properties to help people like me who have acne. It also helps with sebum production, making it great for oily skin types as well. I love how lightweight both formulas were: the toner didn’t feel sticky, and the cream wasn’t tacky or overly thick. This is one of those “not too thick and not too thin” moisturizers. It glides into your skin with ease. I was amazed at how the cream didn’t make the eczema on my hands worse. Moisturizers are often hit and miss on my poor hands, especially in the winter when they’re dry and cracked. I had some extra cream on my hands from filming content and was pleasantly surprised that this Heartleaf cream worked so well on my hands. My face surprisingly is less sensitive than my hands, and you all know how sensitive the skin can be on my face. So I highly recommend this line for people like me who deal with dry and sensitive skin. I’m excited to try more from Benton in the future, if these two formulas are anything to go by.
