Colcenter's career. A job that anyone says is done and lost mental health. 📌

Hello, everyone. 🌟 Today, come to share a full 9-year call center work. 😅

A job that everyone says is a mental health breakdown, right?

♪ We've been working this line since graduation, saw the bank open for applications, so we took the exam, and it turned out that it passed!!

Before signing the contract, friends around you who used to do it warned, hey, would it be good? Tired.

But... we want to try and finish again, want to work, want to have money, and because it's a bank call center, packed as a regular employee, good welfare, with a bonus, Nun, so I'm going to be a call center girl 💪🏻

❤️ hard job? Answer it hard because of a lot of products, but the hard thing is to manage yourself, manage emotions, because it's a job to solve / answer questions, get complaints to customers who call in.

❤️ ever want to quit? Thousands of times a day, haha. In the early days, I was very discouraged. Being cursed by all kinds of things, the pressure was almost nervous.

❤️ has been around for a long time? For us, because there are friends of the same age, close to each other, making it easy to work and good welfare. There are bonuses, grants, home loan with a little interest. There is a chip fee for late night. A monthly income is considered a lot and a lot of holidays. There are 15 days / year of vacation. Can exchange carpool, long holidays. It is a day-to-day job. No paperwork required.

✨😊 There is another one. I'll tell you again. Who wants to know what to type:)
