ถ้าใครกำลังลังเลว่า “พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิริราชมีอะไรบ้าง” และควรเริ่มเดินจากตรงไหน เราขอสรุปแบบคนไปมาแล้วให้เลย (เผื่อช่วยให้ตัดสินใจง่ายขึ้น) อย่างแรกที่อยากบอกคือ ที่นี่ไม่ได้ทำให้รู้สึกน่ากลัวตลอดเวลา แต่จะเป็นโหมด “นิ่งและตั้งใจดู” มากกว่า เพราะของจัดแสดงจำนวนมากเป็นของจริง ทั้งร่างอาจารย์ใหญ่ อวัยวะดอง โครงกระดูก ไปจนถึงเคสโรคและพยาธิสภาพต่างๆ ใครที่จิตอ่อนหรือไวกับภาพเลือด/ร่างจริง แนะนำให้ไปกับเพื่อน และพักเป็นช่วงๆ ได้เลย ไฮไลต์ที่หลายคนค้นหาคือ “อาจารย์ใหญ่ ศิริราช” ซึ่งอยู่โซนตึกกายวิภาค/พิพิธภัณฑ์คองดอน บรรยากาศห้องเรียนกายวิภาค (Anatomy Laboratory) จะเงียบมาก เหมือนทุกคนให้เกียรติสถานที่โดยอัตโนมัติ เราแนะนำให้ไปช่วงต้นๆ ของทริป เพราะโซนนี้ปิดเร็วกว่าห้องอื่น (ถ้าอยากเก็บให้ทันควรไปก่อนประมาณ 16.30 น.) อีกโซนที่เราใช้เวลานานกว่าที่คิดคือฝั่งพิพิธภัณฑ์การแพทย์ศิริราช (ตึกอดุลยเดชวิกรม) เพราะมีหลายห้องย่อย เช่น นิติเวชศาสตร์ (หลักฐานคดี/กระบวนการชันสูตร), พยาธิวิทยา (ชิ้นเนื้อ โรค และมะเร็งชนิดต่างๆ) และปรสิตวิทยา (พยาธิแบบตัวเป็น รวมถึงสัตว์มีพิษ/แมลงพาหะโรค) ถ้าใครชอบแนววิทย์ๆ จะเดินเพลินมาก แต่ขอเตือนว่าตึกนี้ “ห้ามถ่ายภาพ” ทุกโซน ส่วนจุดที่เหมาะกับการเริ่มต้นสำหรับมือใหม่คือพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิริราชพิมุขสถาน เพราะเป็นจุดซื้อตั๋วและเป็นโซนที่ปูพื้นฐานดี มีภาพจำลองห้องผ่าตัดสมัยก่อน ชุดผ่าตัดและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ในอดีต รวมถึงมุมจำลอง OPD เก่าๆ โซนนี้ถ่ายรูปได้ และมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยแนะนำเป็นจุดๆ ทำให้เข้าใจภาพรวมก่อนเข้าโซน “ของจริง” ทริคเล็กๆ ที่ช่วยได้: ใส่รองเท้าสบายๆ เผื่อเดิน 2–3 ชั่วโมง, กินน้ำ/เข้าห้องน้ำให้เรียบร้อยก่อนเข้าตึกที่ห้ามถ่ายรูป (จะได้ไม่ต้องเดินออกบ่อย), และถ้าเริ่มเวียนหัวหรือมืออ่อนแรงให้หยุดพักทันที ไม่ต้องฝืน เรื่องการเดินทาง ถ้ามาด้วย MRT แล้วต่อรถ/แท็กซี่เข้าไป ให้เผื่อเวลาเล็กน้อย โดยเฉพาะวันหยุดคนจะเยอะค่ะ สุดท้ายเราว่าที่นี่เหมาะมากกับคนที่อยากเข้าใจร่างกายตัวเองแบบลึกขึ้น ได้เห็นทั้งวิวัฒนาการแพทย์ เคสโรคจริง และความหมายของคำว่า “อาจารย์ใหญ่” แบบที่อ่านจากที่ไหนก็ไม่เท่ามาเห็นด้วยตาตัวเอง
