Endometriosis

#Lemon8Diary Endo Thoughts 💭

I’m grateful!

I’m soo thankful it’s nothing worse but I still get so angry dealing having to deal with #endometriosis it’s a struggle not only physically but mentally too😮‍💨 I often feel guilty complaining about it because I know things could always be worse.. I’m grateful there not.. but my feeling are still valid

! Being angry & frustrated with my body is ok at times but learning to be kinder to myself is important.

After 4 1/2 years of my symptoms worsening I’m still trying to rediscover this new version of me. It’s hard. But I hope one day I can look back on days like these & be happy with how much progress I made & how much better i finally feel having learned healthier ways to care for myself. #endobelly #everythingisok #breathe
