私が行く前に気になって調べたのが「メニューは？安いって本当？写真で雰囲気知りたい」「テイクアウトできる？」の3つ。実際に行ってみた目線で補足します。 まず価格感。ここは“鰻重1,800円から”という入口が強いので、四日市で「うなぎを手軽に食べたい」人にかなり刺さると思いました。もちろん内容はメニューで変わるけど、しっかりうなぎ気分を満たしつつ予算を抑えられるのがありがたいです。ちょっと贅沢したい日は、2尾使う「うな丼『ふじ』」や、みんなでシェアできる名物の「桶うなぎ」も選べるので、デートや家族ごはんにも使いやすい印象でした。 味の印象は、炭火でじっくり焼いた香ばしさがしっかりあって、タレは甘辛でご飯が進むタイプ。表面はパリッと寄りで、中はふわっと感もあって、値段以上に満足度が高かったです。「毎朝うなぎを捌いて冷凍なし」と書かれている通り、身の感じが良くて、うなぎの旨みが口いっぱいに広がる感じでした。 割引はInstagramのフォロー特典で200円引き。私が行った時は、会計前にフォロー画面をスタッフさんに見せる流れでした（※予告なく終了の可能性あり）。行く直前にフォローしておくとスムーズです。 アクセス面は、四日市市松本エリアで店舗前に駐車場あり。車移動の人は助かるはず。営業時間はランチ（11:00〜14:30）と夜（17:00〜21:00）なので、昼うなぎも夜うなぎも狙えます。 「テイクアウト」は気になる人が多いと思うので、行く前に公式Instagramや店頭で当日の対応を確認するのがおすすめです。うなぎは焼き上がりに時間がかかることもあるので、混みそうな時間帯は早めの来店か事前確認が安心。 四日市駅周辺〜近くの鰻屋さんを探している人で、“安い・うまい・炭焼き”を重視するなら、候補に入れて損なしだと思いました。
