ここからは、私が実際に「クリームチーク難しい…」を抜け出せたコツを、もう少し具体的にまとめます。検索で多い「クリームチークとは？」「何で塗る？（指？ブラシ？）」にも答えるね。 ■クリームチークとは？（どんな人に向く？） クリームチークは“肌に溶け込むツヤと血色”が出しやすいのが魅力。パウダーより乾燥しにくくて、じゅわっと内側から色づいた感じになりやすいです。逆に、ベースが粉っぽかったり、量が多いとムラになりやすいのが落とし穴。 ■順番（これが一番大事） 基本は、リキッド/クッションなどのしっとり系ベース→クリームチーク→フェイスパウダー。 「先にフェイスパウダーしちゃった」状態だと、上にクリームをのせた時に引っかかってヨレたり、境目がくっきりしがち。もしもうパウダーをのせた後なら、直すより“パウダーチークに変更”した方が早い日もあります（潔く切り替えるの大事）。 ■クリームチークは何で塗る？指とブラシの使い分け ・指（おすすめ）：体温でなじんで失敗しにくい。ツヤがきれい。 ・ブラシ：ふんわり薄づきにしやすい。広げすぎず、少しずつ足したい日に便利。 ・スポンジ：境目ぼかし専用にすると神。つけるというより“整える”用。 ■指の塗り方（ムラ防止の手順） 1) まず手の甲に取って量を調整（ここ超大事） 2) 一番濃くしたいポイントを決める 3) その一点から、離さずに“ぽんぽん渦巻き”で外側へ広げる 点おきで点と点の間を埋めようとすると、時間がかかってるうちにフチが乾いてくっきりしやすいので、最初から間を作らないのがコツ。 ■ブラシで塗るときのコツ ブラシに直接ドン！はつきすぎやすいので、いったん手の甲でなじませてから頬へ。置く→軽くくるくる→何もついてないブラシ（またはスポンジ）でフチだけぼかす、の順にすると自然なグラデになります。 ■よくある失敗のリカバリー ・濃すぎた：ファンデを少量含ませたスポンジでトントン（擦らない） ・境目がくっきり：何もついてないスポンジでフチだけ叩く ・ヨレた：その部分だけ薄く整えて、最後にパウダーで固定 マスクを外す日こそ、ツヤとじゅわっと血色が盛れるクリームチークがほんとに可愛い。少量ずつ＆渦巻きのせ、ぜひ試してみて！
