Freaks: a dystopian world where “freaks” are locked away for having powers. They bleed from their eyes, this is how they are identified. A dad keeps his daughter locked away due to her also being a freak, but she doesn’t know until later in the movie
The Fundamentals of Caring: a mom is looking for a caretaker for her disabled son Trevor. The guy she chooses takes Trevor to see some of the world’s greatest wonders. This movie is hilarious and emotional.
What Happened To Monday: Seven sisters act as one person, they are named after days of the week to keep things simple. In this world, parents are only allowed one child. A father keeps his 7 daughters hidden until one day they get caught.
All the Bright Places: I cried…a lot. The main characters sister recently passed away and she tries to make it through life as a “loner” per se, until a boy makes her fall in love with him. The ending is not what you’d expect.
