I got braces at 25 years old!

Honestly this was something I had been debating for years and was also too scared to do it.

The placing process was so quick and painless. They even let me get color the first day to help love it a bit more.

The next day, it was definitely very sore and I couldn’t eat ANYTHING. My meals consisted of soup and Mac and cheese 😅

My biggest correction I wanted to make is my overbite and overlapping front teeth. Obviously some spacing issues on the left side as well.

I’ll have them for about 24 months, and have to get a tooth removed to help make room for the overbite to be fixed too.

It’s gonna be a huge improvement on my opinion on my smile and that means so much to me❤️

Ever since I was a kid I hated my smile due to my overbite and what used to be a huge gap between my front teeth, as I got older the gap closed and started overlapping and causing extra uncomfortable pressure on the front of my mouth.

Flossing is such a pain and literally takes 10x longer but I know it’s better to still do it. I’ll be looking for a water flosser here SOON.

What colors should I get next? I’m not sure if I’m loving the blue right now. I may do light pink or black next! #braces #bracescolorideas #braceslife

I got braces in my 30’s! I like the results but I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and 4 other teeth removed for crowding! It was not a fun experience 2yrs but worth it! Stay strong!!!
