🍓 I Added ONE Ingredient… and These Raspberry Rolls Went Crazy!
I saw the new Pillsbury Grands! Poppin’ Flavor Raspberry Fruit Rolls at Walmart and immediately knew I had to try them. Of course, I couldn’t leave them plain—I wanted to see if I could take them to the next level with just a few simple additions.
Safe to say… this experiment was a success! 😍
⭐ Ingredients
• 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Poppin’ Flavor Raspberry Fruit Rolls
• ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
• Oreo Medium Cookie Pieces (as much or as little as you like)
• Icing packet (included with the rolls)
👩🏽🍳 Directions
Step 1: Preheat your oven according to the directions on the Pillsbury can.
Step 2: Place the raspberry rolls into a baking dish, leaving a little space between each roll.
Step 3: Pour ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream evenly around the rolls. Try not to pour it directly on top—the cream around the rolls helps keep them extra soft and gooey while they bake.
Step 4: Bake according to the package directions until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5: Once they come out of the oven, immediately drizzle the icing over the warm rolls.
Step 6: Sprinkle Oreo cookie pieces over the top while the icing is still warm so the cookie pieces stick.
🍴 My Review
These were soft, buttery, gooey, and packed with raspberry flavor. The heavy whipping cream made the rolls incredibly moist, while the Oreo pieces added a crunchy chocolate cookies-and-cream texture that balanced the sweet raspberry filling surprisingly well.
I honestly wasn’t sure if raspberry and Oreos would work together, but they definitely did! I’d make these again when I want a quick dessert that tastes a little more homemade than opening a can of cinnamon rolls.
⭐ My Rating: 9/10
The only thing I’d change next time is adding even more Oreo pieces because I loved the extra crunch.
💬 Would you try Oreos on raspberry cinnamon rolls, or would you keep them classic? Let me know in the comments!
