ถ้า “โดนน้ำมันกระเด็นใส่” สิ่งที่ช่วยได้มากคือทำให้ถูกตั้งแต่วินาทีแรก เพราะแผลน้ำมันกระเด็นส่วนใหญ่เป็นแผลไหม้ระดับตื้นถึงปานกลาง (แดง แสบ บางทีพองมีน้ำใส) เราเคยพลาดช่วงแรกๆ เลยอยากสรุปเป็นขั้นตอนแบบทำตามได้จริง เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ชว่าโดนน้ำมันกระเด็นใส่ทำยังไง/ทาอะไรดี 1) ทำทันทีหลังโดน (สำคัญสุด) - รีบเปิดน้ำก๊อก “อุณหภูมิปกติ” ราดบริเวณแผลต่อเนื่อง 15–20 นาที (ช่วยดึงความร้อนออก ลดลึกของแผล) - ถอดเครื่องประดับใกล้แผล เช่น แหวน/กำไล เผื่อบวม - ห้ามใช้น้ำแข็งโปะตรงๆ นานๆ เพราะอาจทำให้เนื้อเยื่อบาดเจ็บเพิ่ม (ถ้าจะใช้ให้ห่อผ้าและไม่นาน) - ห้ามทายาสีฟัน/น้ำปลา/ครีมแปลกๆ หรือทาแป้ง เพราะเสี่ยงติดเชื้อและทำให้ประเมินแผลยาก 2) ถ้าเริ่มพอง มีน้ำใส “ไม่ควรเจาะเอง” หลายคนรวมถึงเราเคยเผลอเจาะ เพราะคิดว่าจะหายไว แต่จริงๆ ถุงพองเหมือนเป็นเกราะป้องกันเชื้อโรค ถ้าตุ่มพองไม่ใหญ่มาก ให้ปล่อยไว้และปิดด้วยผ้าก๊อซไม่ติดแผล (non-adherent dressing) จะปลอดภัยกว่า 3) โดนน้ำมันกระเด็นใส่ ทาอะไรได้บ้าง? - ถ้าแผลยังแค่แดงแสบ ไม่มีแผลเปิด: เน้นทำให้เย็นด้วยน้ำไหล + ทามอยส์เจอร์/เจลว่านหางจระเข้แบบสะอาด (บางๆ) ได้ - ถ้าเริ่มพอง/มีแผลถลอก: เลือก “ยาทาแผลไฟไหม้/น้ำร้อนลวก” ที่ช่วยคงความชุ่มชื้นและลดการอักเสบ เช่น MEBO (ตัวที่เราลอง กลิ่นน้ำมันงาชัดมาก) หรือยากลุ่มสำหรับแผลไหม้ตามคำแนะนำเภสัชกร แล้วปิดแผลด้วยผ้าก๊อซที่ไม่ติดแผล - ทาครีม/ยาหนาพอดี ไม่ต้องโบกจนเหนอะ แล้วล้างมือก่อน-หลังทาเสมอ 4) แผลน้ำมันกระเด็นกี่วันหาย? จากที่เจอเองและอ่านข้อมูลทั่วไป: ถ้าแผลตื้นๆ แดงอย่างเดียว มักดีขึ้นใน 3–7 วัน ส่วนแผลที่ “พอง” อาจใช้ประมาณ 10–14 วันกว่าจะแห้งและรอยจาง (ของเราเห็นการเปลี่ยนชัดช่วงสัปดาห์ที่ 2) แต่รอยคล้ำหลังแผลหายอาจอยู่ต่อได้อีกหลายสัปดาห์ ขึ้นกับผิวและการโดนแดด 5) ดูแลรอยให้จางไว - กันแดดบริเวณแผลทุกวัน (รอยไหม้โดนแดดแล้วคล้ำง่ายมาก) - อย่าแกะสะเก็ด/อย่าถูแรงๆ - หลังแผลปิดสนิทแล้ว ค่อยเริ่มเจลลดรอยหรือมอยส์เจอร์เพิ่มความชุ่มชื้น 6) เมื่อไหร่ควรไปหาหมอ - แผลใหญ่กว่าฝ่ามือ อยู่ที่หน้า มือ ข้อพับ หรืออวัยวะเพศ - ปวดมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ แดงลาม มีหนอง มีกลิ่น ไข้ - เป็นเบาหวาน/ภูมิคุ้มกันต่ำ หรือแผลไม่ดีขึ้นใน 2–3 วัน หวังว่าทริคพวกนี้จะช่วยให้คนที่โดนน้ำมันกระเด็นใส่แขน/มือรู้ว่าควรทำอะไรทันที และเลือกยาทาแผลน้ำมันกระเด็นใส่ได้เหมาะขึ้นนะคะ
