ถ้าเป้าหมายคือ “หารายได้จากคอม” แบบสาย IT แต่ยังไม่รู้จะเริ่มตรงไหน เราแนะนำให้เริ่มจากงานที่ทำได้เร็ว (ได้เงินไว) แล้วค่อยต่อยอดไปสู่รายได้แบบระยะยาว (Passive income) จะทำให้ไม่ท้อและมีพอร์ตสะสมไปเรื่อยๆ 1) เริ่มจากฟรีแลนซ์ให้ถูกทาง (Fastwork/ProLancer) งานที่ปิดได้ง่ายมักเป็นงานเล็กๆ เช่น แก้บั๊ก, ปรับหน้าเว็บ, ทำ Landing page, เชื่อม API, ทำบอทแจ้งเตือน, ทำสคริปต์ดึงข้อมูล/จัดการไฟล์ ฯลฯ แนะนำให้ทำ “แพ็กเกจบริการ” ชัดๆ (เช่น 1 หน้า/กี่วัน/แก้ได้กี่รอบ) ใส่ขอบเขตงานและสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องเตรียมให้ครบ จะลดงานแก้ไม่จบและทำให้ปิดงานเร็วขึ้น 2) หาลูกค้าจาก Facebook ให้ได้ผล โพสต์ขายบริการแบบทั่วไปมักกลืนหาย ลองเปลี่ยนเป็นโพสต์แนว “ก่อน-หลัง” หรือ “ปัญหา-วิธีแก้” เช่น “แก้เว็บโหลดช้า: ลดขนาดรูป + caching ใช้เวลา 1 วัน” พร้อมแนบผลงาน/ลิงก์เดโม และคอมเมนต์ปักหมุดราคาเริ่มต้น/ช่องทางติดต่อ อีกทริคคือเข้ากลุ่มงาน WFH/งานออนไลน์ แล้วตอบคอมเมนต์ด้วยตัวอย่างสั้นๆ ก่อนทักแชต (ลูกค้าจะเชื่อใจง่ายขึ้น) 3) ทำแอป/โปรเจกต์ส่วนตัวให้ “ทำเงินได้จริง” หลายคนทำแอปแล้วไม่รู้จะหารายได้ยังไง ลองเลือกโมเดลง่ายๆ ก่อน เช่น โฆษณา, freemium (ใช้ฟรีแต่มีฟีเจอร์พรีเมียม), หรือขายเทมเพลต/ปลั๊กอิน สำหรับไอเดียที่ไปได้ไกล: แอปจดบันทึกงาน, ตัวช่วยจัดตาราง, เครื่องมือเช็คสต็อก, dashboard รายงานยอดขาย (เหมาะกับร้านค้าออนไลน์) ทำให้เล็กที่สุดที่ใช้งานได้ (MVP) แล้วค่อยเพิ่มฟีเจอร์จากฟีดแบ็ก 4) ทำคอร์สออนไลน์ (Udemy/Skillshare) ให้คนเรียนจบ คอร์สที่ขายได้ดีมักแก้ปัญหาชัด เช่น “ทำเว็บ Portfolio ด้วย React ใน 3 ชั่วโมง” หรือ “SQL สำหรับคนทำงาน: ใช้จริงกับรายงาน” แนะนำให้ทำโครงแบบสั้น กระชับ มีไฟล์ให้โหลด และมีโปรเจกต์ท้ายคอร์ส คนจะรีวิวดีและช่วยดันยอดขายเอง 5) เขียนบล็อก/บทความ (เช่น Medium) ให้มีคนค้นเจอ ถ้าอยากให้บทความติดค้นหา ให้เขียนแบบ How-to และใส่โค้ด/รูปประกอบ เช่น “วิธี deploy เว็บ”, “แก้ error ยอดฮิต”, “สรุปสิ่งที่ต้องรู้ก่อนสัมภาษณ์ dev” ตั้งหัวข้อให้ตรงคำที่คนค้น (เช่น หารายได้จากคอม, ฟรีแลนซ์ IT, งาน WFH) และปิดท้ายด้วย checklist/สรุปสั้นๆ จะช่วยให้อ่านจบและกดติดตาม สรุปวิธีจัดแผนทำเงินจากคอมแบบไม่หลงทาง สัปดาห์แรก: ทำโปรไฟล์+แพ็กเกจบริการ 2-3 แบบ และหางานเล็กๆให้ได้ 1 งาน เดือนแรก: สะสมรีวิว/พอร์ต + ทำโปรเจกต์ส่วนตัว 1 ชิ้นเป็นเดโม เดือนถัดไป: แตกไปทางคอร์สหรือบทความ เพื่อสร้างรายได้ระยะยาวควบคู่กัน
