私が「生え際 目立つ」問題でいちばん困るのって、メイクも服も完璧なのに、鏡でふと見たときに生え際だけ白く見えて一気に疲れて見える瞬間なんですよね…。美容室に毎回行くのは現実的じゃないし、白髪って伸びるの早く感じる。 そこで私が落ち着いたのが“ハゲパウダー”みたいに使える生え際用のパウダー。セザンヌの髪色なりすましパウダーは、白髪隠しとしても薄毛カバーとしても使いやすくて、ポーチ常備に向いてます。 【私なりのつけ方のコツ】 ・まずパフにしっかりパウダーを含ませてから、余分は軽くならす ・生え際は髪を指で持ち上げて「髪の根元だけ」にトントン ・半顔だけ先につけて、左右の濃さを鏡で比べながら調整 ・こめかみ付近は特に肌につきやすいので、髪の毛をよけてから短いタッチで 肌についちゃうのが不安な人は、最初は“薄くのせる→足す”が失敗しにくいです。逆に薄毛をふんわり見せたいときは、輪郭を意識して影っぽく入れると小顔っぽく見えることもありました（つけすぎると不自然なので少量ずつ）。 【キャンメイクの白髪隠しが気になる人へ】 白髪隠しって、マスカラタイプ（塗る）とパウダータイプ（のせる）で好みが分かれます。私はマスカラだと乾くまで触れないのが地味にストレスで、固まった感じが苦手でした。パウダーはベタつきにくく、急いでる朝に向いてる印象。逆に「ピンポイントの白髪1本だけを染めたい」ならマスカラが合う人もいると思います。 【落ちにくさ・落とし方】 帽子を頻繁に脱ぎ着したり、前髪を何度も触る日はやっぱり薄くなりやすいので、外出が長い日は念のため持ち歩くと安心。夜はシャンプーで落ちますが、生え際と頭皮は指の腹で丁寧に洗うのが私のルールです。 「生え際 白い」って悩みは、対策がひとつあるだけで外出前のストレスがかなり減りました。白髪染めの頻度を落としたい人や、美容室に行くまでの“つなぎ”を探している人は、一度パウダー系を試す価値ありです。
