Hybrid Work - Best of both worlds?

I currently work hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home and I absolutely love it! with my job, I cannot completely work from home full time, which is fine because I do enjoy the social aspect of going into the office! I also enjoy working from home the two days a week though! I work every other day from home, and I feel like it breaks up my work week just enough to make the week enjoyable, speed by, and I also get to be home with my little one when I work from home which is always so much fun! I currently commute 30 minutes each way to the office 3 days a week which to me isn’t to bad because I never have traffic the direction that I go, so at least it is a smooth sailing and easy commute!
