นอกจากสรุปหลักการ Prompt Engineering ที่เน้นการกำหนดบทบาท (Role) งานที่ต้องการ (Task) และรูปแบบผลลัพธ์ (Format) ตามสูตร RTF Framework การฝึกใช้เทคนิคต่าง ๆ เช่น Zero-shot ที่เขียนคำสั่งตรง ๆ, One-shot และ Few-shot ที่เพิ่มตัวอย่างช่วย AI เข้าใจงานได้ดียิ่งขึ้น ถือว่าช่วยลดความคลุมเครือและเพิ่มความแม่นยำของคำตอบได้มาก ผมเคยลองใช้ Role Play เพื่อให้ AI รับบทเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญแล้วถามคำถามเชิงลึก ผลที่ได้มักตรงกับสิ่งที่อยากรู้มากขึ้น ส่วนเทคนิค Chain of Thought กับ Tree of Thought ก็ช่วยให้ AI คิดเป็นขั้นตอนหรือเลือกหลายทางเลือกก่อนตัดสินใจ ทำให้คำตอบสมเหตุสมผลและสร้างสรรค์ขึ้น อีกสิ่งที่ช่วยให้คำตอบตรงกับวัตถุประสงค์คือการปรับ Temperature ที่สามารถเลือกโทนคำตอบว่าจะเอาทางการหรือสร้างสรรค์นอกกรอบ ซึ่งเหมาะกับงานหลายประเภท เช่น งานเขียน งานโค้ด หรือการสร้างภาพ สุดท้ายการนำ Iterative Prompting มาใช้งาน ซึ่งเป็นการถามต่อยอดจากคำตอบก่อนหน้า ทำให้สามารถลึกซึ้งในเนื้อหามากขึ้น และปรับแก้คำสั่งได้ทันที เหมือนการคุยกับ AI อย่างต่อเนื่อง การเรียน Visual Note แบบนี้ ทำให้ย่อยความรู้ได้ง่ายและสะดวกต่อการใช้จริง ใครทำงานกับ AI บ่อย ๆ แนะนำลองฝึกใช้ Prompt Engineering ด้วยเทคนิคเหล่านี้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพงานและความรวดเร็วในการได้คำตอบที่ต้องการจริง ๆ
