At first, the doctor looked at the ears fully, so I thought that there was something inside the ears, but it appeared that when looking at the nose, I found a lot of snot.
Which I didn't think that I had a snot because I ordered it, it didn't come out, but it was inside the nasal cavity, swollen, so the snot could flow out, so it flowed back into the ears, making a sound
It's big because there's a lot of water.
We started in January 67 at the beginning of the year and were appointed every month until March 67, but the last two months and three months were found in August 67.
Diagnosed with anaphylaxis, of course, until the last time the doctor gave him the spray.
And you need to keep your nose washed, including antihistamines and ear juices.
So far, doctors are still making appointments. The important thing is to watch out for colds is that it is terrible. We will hurt our ears a lot when ordering snot, tinnitus all the time.
The doctor said it took a long time to recover. There was a follow-up.
The hearing examination is still normal.

ถ้าใคร “ได้ยินเสียงฟองสบู่แตกในหู” หรือเหมือนมีเสียงป๊อกๆ แกร็กๆ เวลาเงียบๆ/ตอนกลืน/ตอนสั่งน้ำมูก บอกเลยว่าอย่าเพิ่งชะล่าใจ ตอนเราเริ่มเป็นใหม่ๆ คิดว่าในหูน่าจะมีอะไรติดอยู่ หรือขี้หูแน่ๆ แต่พอไปตรวจหูคอจมูก (ENT) หมอส่องหูก่อนก็ไม่เจอสิ่งแปลกปลอม สุดท้ายไปเจอสาเหตุที่จมูกแทน คือคัดจมูก น้ำมูกค้างในโพรงจมูกและบวมจากภูมิแพ้ ทำให้การระบายอากาศของท่อยูสเตเชียน (ท่อที่เชื่อมหูชั้นกลางกับโพรงจมูก) ทำงานไม่ดี เลยมีอาการหูอื้อ มีเสียงเหมือนฟองสบู่แตก หรือเหมือนน้ำกระเพื่อมในหูได้ จากประสบการณ์เรา อาการที่มักมาคู่กันคือ คัดจมูกแบบ “ไม่ค่อยมีน้ำมูกออกมาให้สั่ง” แต่ข้างในแน่นมาก, เป็นหวัดทีไรเจ็บหู/หูอื้อหนักขึ้น, และพอสั่งน้ำมูกแรงๆ จะยิ่งรู้สึกแน่นหูและมีเสียงในหูมากกว่าเดิม หมอบอกให้ระวังเรื่อง “การสั่งน้ำมูกแรง” เพราะแรงดันอาจดันอาการไปที่หูได้ ถ้าจำเป็นจริงๆ แนะนำให้สั่งทีละข้าง เบาๆ และอย่าปิดรูจมูกทั้งสองข้างพร้อมกัน สิ่งที่ช่วยเราได้จริง (แต่ต้องทำสม่ำเสมอ) คือการล้างจมูกด้วยน้ำเกลือ และใช้ยาพ่นจมูกตามแพทย์สั่ง เพราะเป้าหมายหลักคือทำให้โพรงจมูกยุบ ลดบวม ลดน้ำมูกค้าง เพื่อให้หูระบายได้ดีขึ้น ช่วงแรกๆ เรารู้สึกว่าอาการดีขึ้นแบบเป็นๆ หายๆ โดยเฉพาะวันที่นอนดึก อยู่ห้องแอร์นาน เจอฝุ่น หรือช่วงเป็นหวัด จะกลับมาได้ง่ายมาก เลยต้องดูแลตัวเองยาวๆ ถ้าใครกำลังลังเลว่าจะไปหาหมอดีไหม เราว่าควรไป โดยเฉพาะถ้ามีอาการเหล่านี้ร่วมด้วย: หูอื้อข้างเดียวชัดเจน, เจ็บหูมาก, มีไข้/หนอง/น้ำไหลจากหู, เวียนหัว บ้านหมุน, การได้ยินลดลง หรือมีเสียงดังในหูตลอดเวลาไม่ยอมหาย เพราะแพทย์อาจต้องตรวจเพิ่ม เช่น ส่องหู ตรวจโพรงจมูก หรือทำตรวจการได้ยิน (audiometry) เพื่อเช็กว่าไม่ได้กระทบการได้ยินจริงๆ สุดท้ายอยากบอกว่าเสียงฟองสบู่แตกในหูไม่ได้แปลว่า “เป็นอะไรน่ากลัว” เสมอไป แต่อาจเป็นสัญญาณว่าจมูก/ภูมิแพ้กำลังกวนระบบหูอยู่ ถ้ารักษาต้นเหตุและติดตามอาการต่อเนื่อง ส่วนมากจะค่อยๆ ดีขึ้นเอง แต่อาจต้องใช้เวลา และความสม่ำเสมอแบบที่เราเจอจริงๆ
