ถ้าใครกำลังหาวิธี “ฝากดวงกับหลวงปู่ดู่” แบบที่ทำได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน เราขอแชร์จากประสบการณ์การลองทำตามคำแนะนำของหลวงตาม้า (ในช่วงที่ชีวิตมีเรื่องให้คิดเยอะ จนเหมือนตันๆ) สิ่งที่รู้สึกชัดที่สุดไม่ใช่เรื่องปาฏิหาริย์หวือหวา แต่เป็น “ความนิ่งของใจ” และ “ความคิดที่เริ่มมีทางออก” เหมือนมีคนค่อยๆ ชี้ทางให้เราเดินถูกมากขึ้น 1) ช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะในการฝากดวง โดยทั่วไปเราจะทำหลังสวดจักรพรรดิ (หรือหลังสวดมนต์บทที่เราถนัด) เพราะใจจะค่อยๆ สงบและตั้งมั่นขึ้น แนะนำทำช่วงเช้าก่อนออกจากบ้าน หรือก่อนนอนก็ได้ เลือกเวลาที่เรานั่งนิ่งๆ ได้ 3–5 นาทีอย่างน้อย 2) วิธีตั้งจิตให้ง่าย (มือใหม่ก็ทำได้) - นั่งให้สบาย หลังตรงพอดี ไม่เกร็ง - ระลึกนึกถึง “หลวงปู่ดู่ พรหมปัญโญ” จะนึกถึงภาพท่านหรือมองรูปท่านก็ได้ (เหมือนในภาพที่เห็นบรรยากาศแสงเรืองรอง/ประกายระยิบระยับ เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการขอฝากดวงและขอพรด้วยศรัทธา) - หายใจลึกๆ 2–3 ครั้ง แล้วค่อยเริ่มกล่าวคำอธิษฐาน 3) หลักสำคัญของการอธิษฐานฝากดวง จากที่ทำแล้วรู้สึกว่า “ความจริงใจ” สำคัญมากกว่าคำสวยๆ เราเอ่ยชื่อ-นามสกุลให้ชัด บอกเจตนาให้ตรงว่าเราขอให้ท่านเป็นพ่อแม่ครูอาจารย์ ดูแลเราและครอบครัว ทั้งทางโลกและทางธรรม และขอให้ท่านช่วยชี้นำให้เราอยู่ในครรลองแห่งธรรม 4) ฝากดวงแล้วต้องทำอะไรต่อ? หลายคนเข้าใจว่าฝากดวงแล้วจะนั่งรออย่างเดียว แต่ของเราคือพออธิษฐานเสร็จ จะ “ตั้งใจทำสิ่งที่ควรทำ” ต่อทันที เช่น งานที่ค้าง การแก้ปัญหาครอบครัว หรือการตัดสินใจเรื่องสำคัญ แล้วคอยสังเกตว่าเราจะมีความคิด/โอกาส/คนช่วยเหลือเข้ามาแบบพอดีๆ บางครั้งทางออกมาในรูปของการที่เราสงบขึ้นและคิดเป็นขั้นตอนมากขึ้น 5) เคล็ดลับเล็กๆ ที่ช่วยให้ทำต่อเนื่อง - ทำทุกวันให้สม่ำเสมอ (วันละนิดดีกว่าทำครั้งเดียวแล้วหาย) - ถ้าวันไหนฟุ้งซ่าน ให้พูดสั้นๆ ก็ได้ เช่น “ขอฝากดวงฝากชีวิตไว้กับหลวงปู่ดู่ ขอเมตตาชี้นำให้พ้นทางตัน” แล้วค่อยกลับไปทำงานของเรา - หลังอธิษฐาน ลองแผ่เมตตาให้ครอบครัวสั้นๆ จะรู้สึกใจอ่อนโยนขึ้น สุดท้าย สิ่งที่ได้จากการฝากดวงกับหลวงปู่ดู่สำหรับเรา คือความรู้สึกว่าไม่ได้สู้ปัญหาคนเดียว และใจเรามีที่พึ่งทางธรรมที่มั่นคงขึ้น ใครที่กำลังคับขัน ลองทำแบบเรียบง่ายแต่จริงใจ แล้วค่อยๆ สังเกตความเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิตประจำวันดูค่ะ/ครับ
